In this exclusive video, Pope Francis and the Roman Curia depart from the Vatican to begin their annual week-long Spiritual Exercises at the Casa del Divin Maestro in Ariccia outside Rome. The Preacher of the Lenten Spiritual Exercises is Father José Tolentino de Mendonca, vice-rector of the Catholic University in Lisbon and consultant for the Pontifical Council for Culture.
